The Aprilaire 80LC is a replacement steam canister that includes a leakproof o-ring.
The steam canister features two electrodes where the current runs that heats water to boil and generates steam to distribute throughout the system.
The 80LC is compatible with 800 and 865 Series steam humidifiers. Suitable in areas with less than 300 uS/cm water conductivity or installed at 120VAC.
Note: This component should not be used with softened water.
