The Armstrong Pump 426749-211 is an 8” Cast Iron Adapter that fits into a 143 to 184JM motor frame.
This cover plate is used together with an 8" impeller that has a 7/8" bore. The adapter provides support and maintains the pump's internal parts' correct alignment.
The 426749-211 replaces Model Number 426749-011 adapter and it is applicable to Series 4030 and 4380 Base-Mounted Centrifugal Pumps.
