Asco 8908A001 Electronic Module for Series SD8202 1/4" to 1/2" Posiflow Proportional Solenoid Valves. This model is a IP-65 spade plug connector to ISO 4400 that has an electronic amplifier for input control signal or setpoint modification and amplification to a modulating output voltage providing stepless control for Series 8202 Valves.

The Electronic Control Unit maintains a specific flow rate by pulse width modulation. The coil current is maintained constant and substantially independent from changes in the coil winding resistance which is caused by temperature variation. Turning it on and off will cut voltage to the coil into rectangular pulses. The current throught the coil is kept constant by varying the “on” time (pulse width) percentage to compensate for temperature variations

Is there an application note of how to wire it up ( pin connections names, ect). all I can find is dimensional drawings.
