Asco SB42D is a Single-Stage Fixed Deadband Tri-point Pressure Switch.  The switch is made of aluminum alloy material and consist of an Explosion Proof enclosure.  

Asco S-Series are combustion switches that consist of a switch and a transducer unit.  The switch controls the operation of one or more electrical snap-action switches by incorporating Asco TRI-POINT alternating fulcrum balance plate. While the transducer has a diaphragm/piston type pressure sensor that when pressure is applied it initiates the piston movement.  Thru the piston movement electrical snap-action switch operation in the switch unit is controlled. The switch and transducer unit can be ordered separately.
