The Bray 92-1190-11300-532 is a double-acting pneumatic actuator for 90° rotation.  It operates at a maximum pressure of 140 psi (10 bar) with an operating temperature of -20°F to 200°F (-29°C to 95°C).

The Series 92 Actuators are designed for quarter-turn valve automation and on-off & throttling applications.  Suitable operating mediums are dry industrial compressed air, hydraulic oil, water, and inert gases.  The actuator mounts directly to Bray Valves, but before mounting it is suggested to apply a thick grease lubricant at the output bore for easy service when disassembling.

To achieve a long service life, install the actuator in a location within the operating temperature and proper lubrication.  In the case of cold areas, an air dryer is recommended.  An air line lubricator is also recommended if the application requires fast cycling.
