5.0 Excellent Customer Service

First of all, I greatly appreciate the services provided by this company regardless of the product that was defective. I can never blame it on the company. But the blame goes to the manufacturer. The blower motor was in great condition when I received it. But our technician found it to be running erratically. So, I had to return it for a full refund. The return process was seamless with absolutely no issues. This never means that every single product the company sells is bad. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately, it turned out that the product I purchased was defective. I am giving five stars here not for the product but for their services.
