The 36-104-02 is a water pressure-reducing valve that has a 10 to 35 psi low-pressure spring range with 300 psi maximum working pressure.  It has a 3/4" Union x 3/4" FNPT pipe connection size.  ASSE, UPC, and CSA certified.
