No, I would not recommend this product to a friend or co-worker
Disappointed with your delivery method. Your portal said UPS would be used for delivery, even internationally, which generally is so so, but it turned out to be USPS and Canada Post. Extremely slow. Your inflexibility to not use our FedEx account, caused this purchase to be extremely late. This was not inventory replacement but emergency repair part. Disappointed.

Unfortunately, due to past fraudulent orders, at this time we do not allow for 3rd party or Collect shipping. We strive to keep our shipping costs low and also meet the requirements of carriers.
For your order you chose Economy shipping, which is not a guaranteed speed of shipping or specific carrier.
Currently, we ship Pre-Pay & Add for all orders. We use several carriers no where on our site do we guarantee or confirm which carrier will be used for a specific transaction.
