The ZR160KCE-TE5-950 is a three-phase scroll compressor that has an electrical rating of 200 to 230V and 50/60 Hz. It has a 160,000 BTUH cooling capacity with a 1-3/8" stub suction and a 7/8" stub discharge connection size. CE-marked and UL-recognized.

The scroll compressor is suitable for R-22, R407C, and R134A refrigerants. The unit features externally enhanced motor protection and hermetic housing that provides excellent durability and efficiency. The 971-0065-04 protector kit 24V module replacement part is also available.

Buenas tardes este compresor viene con aceite poli?ster....y puede trabajar con el Refrigerante R22 y su protecci?n es interna? Gracias

It seems that this compressor will work with R-22. However, anytime a refigereant change is made in a system, you should flush out the system properly prior to making the change and ALWAYS contact a local licensed Refrigeration professional to confirm as every application is different and should be installed in accordance with the local rules and regulation by the Authority Having Jurisdiction.

Please see the attached Emerson (Copeland) engineering bulletin in the "Technical Data" web page above.

On page 4, it says "Figure 2 illustrates the operating envelopes for the ZR*KC and ZP*KC compressors with R-22/R407C/R-134a and R-410A respectively. The operating envelopes represent operating conditions with 20F° (11K) superheat in the return gas. The steady-state operating condition of the compressor must remain inside the prescribed operating envelope. Excursions outside of the envelope should be brief and infrequent. Use of refrigerants other than R-22, R-407C, or R-134a with ZR*KCE and R-410A with ZP*KCE voids the
compressor UL recognition."

On the same page, it also advises that "A high pressure control must be used in all applications. These models of Copeland Scroll compressors do not have internal pressure relief valves. To ensure safe operation, a high pressure control must be used in all applications."

Parece que este compresor funcionará con R-22.
