The 102G3432HS (TFS4.5FT) is a tropical compressor that has a power rating of 115 to 124V, 60 Hz frequency, and 160 watts.  The unit has a -31 to 45°F (-35 to 7.2°C) evaporating temperature range and a 100°F(43°C) maximum ambient temperature.

The compressor is suitable for use with low back pressure and medium back pressure applications using R134A refrigerant.  It is constructed with rubber plugs that prevent potential leakage.  It can also be equipped with 117U0349 cord relief and 118-1917 mounting accessories.

The thermally protected compressor is easy to install.  Also available are the 117U1021 cover kit, 117U4126 starting relay, and 117U5022 motor start capacitor replacement parts.

A: 
To determine the HP, you need to first determine the evaporation temperature and then can calculate the HP.   On the product page there is a Tech Data sheet that has a chart on it that can help you determine the HP based on your application
