The DUNGS Dual Modular Valve (DMV-D(LE)/622) combines all the features of the DUNGS Dual Modular Valve DMV-D(LE)/6 plus valve 2 incorporates overtravel and a proof of closure switch which is factory mounted and set.

Application
The DUNGS DMV/622 is recommended for industrial and commercial heating applications that require two safety shutoff valves with valve 2 Incorporating overtravel and a proof of closure switch. The DMV/622 is suitable for natural gas, propane, butane, air and other inert gases.

Optional Approvals
When ordered and installed with Burkert connector plug (part number 253731), the UL Recognized DMV valve may replace a UL Listed valve. Such a substitution is typically required for equipment UL Listed to UL 295/UL 795.

Aluminum body; Inlet, intermediate and outlet side taps (G1/8 ISO 228); Inlet gas strainer installed in the housing upstream valves (23 mesh screen); DMV-D - V1 fast opening & closing (<1s), V2 fast opening & closing (<1s); DMV-DLE - V1 fast opening & closing (<1s); V2 slow opening 20s MAX @ 70F & fast closing (<1 s); V2 on both models feature a manually adjustable flow rate (<10-100%); 100% duty cycle; Refer to Flow Curves for Body Selection. Conduit Adapter (240671), DIN connector (210319), and flanges must be ordered and priced separately. Code requirements vary. FM requires visual indication on 1"; and larger safety valves. The visual indicator, (VI) 266949 meets this requirement. The visual indicator must be ordered separately for valve 1. Factory mounted and calibrated proof of closure switch: SPDT 10 A resistive, 8 FLA, 48 LRA @ 120 Vac; NEMA type 4; - 40 F to +150 F (-40 C to +65 C); Switch incorporates visual indication of valve (opened & closed).
