The Dungs 267252 DMA 12C120 Modulating Actuator Motor replaces the original DMA 12B120.
The modulating motor operates on 120 VAC and modulates from 0 to 90-degree stroke. The operating time takes 12 seconds for a 90-degree stroke and the mounting position is can be multidirectional.
The 267252 is part of the DMA series that is designed to automatically modulate the amount of gas supplied to the burner. Applicable gases are natural gas, butane, propane, and/or air. The DMA actuator is factory set at 0-degree position and factory set at 90-degree field adjustable stroke. It can move in different directions from 0 to 90 degrees via a 4 to 20 mA input signal. For maximum stroke (Y max; span), it is adjustable from 25° to 90° and minimum stroke (Y min; zero) is adjustable from 0° to 75% of the set span (maximum stroke).
In times of power outage, the actuator stays in position and once the power is back the controller input signal will determine the actuator position. If there is signal interruption the actuator will rotate in a clockwise direction towards 0-degree which will result in DMK butterfly control valve closure.
We also offer the DMA actuator that has an operating speed of 6 seconds (267251) and 30 seconds (267253). In addition, a NEMA 4 enclosure (240-456) option is available.
