The Dungs 48060-8 is a screwed gas venturi meter with a 1” NPT connection and maximum operating pressure of 250 psi.  Made of brass material and includes a chained metal tag indicating the part number and pipe size. The venturi features hex head screws that can be plugged and unplugged when taking gas pressure measurements.

The Dungs Gas Venturi Meters can be used to reduce blower horsepower requirements.  The gas venturi allows accurate setting of burner air and gas flow for optimum efficiency.  The accuracy is +/- 1%  depending on location, measurement accuracy, and proper use of correction factors.

The applicable medium gases are Natural gas, Propane, Butane, Air, and Coke Oven Gas.  When installing, the gas venturi should be in a position wherein the red pressure tap is on the high-pressure side. Soap Water Leak Test must be performed after completely installing the gas venturi.
