The 12-E27121-020-04 is a temperature sensor that closes at 190°.  It has a +7°F/-8°F tolerance rating with a hex 300 stainless steel mounted head and shell.  UL-listed and ROHS-compliant.  

The unit is used to control the release of extinguishants mainly clean agents, CO2, water, or dry chemicals.  It can also be used as an alarm to sense overheat or fire.  The unit provides accurate surrounding air temperature sensing with rate compensation.

The temperature sensor is suitable for the following applications:

• Paint spray booths
• Range hoods
• Engine compartments

The 12-E27121-020-04 is easy to install and mounted vertically in a 7/8" diameter junction box.
