The Flynn 409504 is a compact flame relay ignition module made with plastic. It operates at a 230 VAC electrical rating. CSA listed.

The module features combined electrodes/sensors that provide ignition and flame monitoring within a temperature range of -40°F to 185°F.

This device offers a 10-second trial for ignition, microprocessor-based ignition control, and LED indicators: green for "Flame On" and red for "Flame Fail".

The 409504 is a direct cross for the 407590 old model but is 1/4 inch taller. It is suitable for burners with capacities less than 400,000 BTU/hr.

Note: The new models will not fit inside an existing Flynn Flame Manager due to rearranged terminal and spark positions. However, the functionality remains the same as the older versions.
