The 0130F00506 ( 9375VS-0003 ) is an SPST Type of Pressure Switch designed for Goodman-Amana Gas Furnaces.  The switch is normally open and it closes when the pressure falls at -.075" W.C.  There are two terminals of the switch that senses voltage on a wire for power connection.  Easy to install and comes with a mounting bracket.

How does a Furnace Pressure Switch work?

A pressure switch act as an automatic safety device on gas furnaces.  The pressure switch monitors the flow pressure of the combustion gases through the furnace system. If there is any problem with the flow pressure or when the pressure falls outside the acceptable range the furnace shuts down in unsafe conditions.  It is electrically powered by the inducer and consists of ports for hose connection.
