Is this a PSC motor or ECM?

Unfortunately there is no literature on this motor. The motor has both a harness outlet plug and two lead wires. This may mean that whatever starter control is required it is remote, so it could be a PSC for a capacitor, or it could be an ECM module that is remote. Without any documentation on it however it is impossible to tell. It is also possible that the motor is designed for multiple applications, so if whatever you are using this motor on probably has either a capacitor or control module attached that would plug into or connect to this motor.
