The AM100C1070-UPEX1LF is a union-threaded mixing valve that has a 1/2" connection size. It has a 70 to 145°F, 1.8 Cv flow capacity, and 150 psi (1034 kPa) maximum pressure rating. ASSE, CSA, NSF, and IAPMO-listed.

The mixing valve's function is to precisely regulate, maintain, and limit the hot water temperature with the selected user settings. It is easy to operate by loosening the screw, lifting the handwheel, and turning it to the desired temperature. The AM-1-030RP rebuild kit replacement part is also available.
