The MS7520H2208 is a spring return direct coupled actuator designed for Honeywell HVAC applications requiring fail-safe operation.  It operates at 24V AC with multiple control signal options, including 0/2-10 VDC, 4-20mA with a 500-ohm resistor, on/off, SPDT, and floating control.  The actuator delivers 175 lb-in torque with a 95° ± 3° rotational stroke, ensuring precise damper or valve positioning.  It features a nominal driving time of 90 seconds and a maximum spring return time of 20 seconds.

Engineered for versatility, this actuator is compatible with 3/8" to 1.06" round or 3/8" to 11/16" square damper shafts using a self-centering clamping adapter.  Its robust metal housing includes built-in mechanical end limits, a shaft position indicator, and a manual operation crank for added convenience.  It is NEMA 2 rated, suitable for demanding environments with an operating temperature range of -40°F to 140°F and humidity tolerance of 5% to 95% RH non-condensing.
