The TX-12 is a thermal expansion tank that has a 4.4 Gallons (16.7 liters) total volume and 3.2 Gallons (12.1 liters) maximum accepted volume. It has a tank measurement of 11" (279 mm) diameter and 15" (381 mm) height with a 3/4" male NPT connection size.

The thermal expansion tank is suitable for use with potable hot water system applications. The unit's function is to regulate excessive pressure in household and small commercial hot water heaters and prevent relief valve operation.

The TX-12 is easy to install and maintenance-free. It is also designed with a heavy-duty butyl rubber diaphragm to isolate water from the air.
