V50AC-8
The V50AC-8 is a self-operated modulating valve with a 3/4" NPT valve connection.  The unit consists of a valve, capillary, T-handle, and a sensing bulb.

The unit's function is to control gas flow and maintain a specific air drying temperature.  A self-operated modulating valve that is only suitable for natural gas or LP gas-fired outdoor crop dyer applications.  The valve features a T-handle for quick and easy adjustments.  It is normally installed in between the pressure regulating valve and the burner orifice wherein the crop dryer gas manifold is located.

The V50AC-8 has a cast iron rust-resisting finish with high-temperature diaphragms that are needed for most LP gas units.  A PLG14A-600R orifice plug accessory is also available.

Note: The V50AC should never be used as an expansion valve on straight liquid withdrawal systems.
