Lochinvar 100109620 Magnesium Anode Rod is a secondary anode outlet kit made to help protect compatible water heater tanks from internal corrosion and premature wear.
Made from magnesium, this replacement anode rod measures 16 inches long with a 0.80-inch diameter and includes a 3-inch DHT nipple with standard 3/4-inch NPT threads for secure installation in approved applications.
Compatible with Lochinvar and select approved water heater systems, the rod helps attract corrosive elements in the water before they reach the tank lining.
