Yes, two Marktime 72146AB timers should be able to mount side by side in a standard 4 gang electrical box, since each timer is designed for a 2 gang box.
However, each timer is supplied with its own 2 gang aluminum wall plate, and Marktime does not list a standard 4 gang cover plate for mounting two of these timers together. A custom 4 gang cover plate would likely be required, or alternatively the timers can be installed in two separate 2 gang boxes.
The installation should be confirmed by a qualified electrician for box depth, box fill, wiring, and applicable electrical code requirements.
