The modulating valve is suitable for direct-fired burner applications.  The unit is used to control the flow of gas such as natural, manufactured, mixed, liquefied petroleum, and liquefied petroleum gas-air mixtures.

The M611-1 can be used with A1014, A1024, A1044, A1494, and AD1094 amplifiers or SC10 signal conditioners to supply the needed working voltage of the valve.  The M611B9 modulator head plunger replacement part is also available.

Q:
My Devilbus spray booth is overheating and climbs up to about 180 degrees. I am told the Modulator valve is sticking. Is there anything I can do to it before I have to buy another valve.

A:
As the nature of the equipment is gas related, when a modulation valve is "sticking" we highly suggest replacing the unit.  Trying to modify the valve can be dangerous.
