One is working the other one no and I contact the company and they told me that problem is got be with the manufacturer. Very nice answer

Hello, thank you for the feedback. We looked into the order history and notes to find where our team went wrong. On investigation, we do find that we reached out to you to initiate a warranty claim last August, we then followed up by email in November with a request to have a warranty form completed. We tried again in December and since we did not hear back from you, we canceled the warranty claim. If required, we would be happy to work with you and get this solved.
