The 921483 is an evaporator coil that has a 3/8" liquid line, 3/4" suction line, 3/4" drain connection, and 0.067 orifice size. The evaporator consists of a drain pan and features micro-channel fins made of aluminum for optimum performance. UL listed & recognized.

The evaporator coil is suitable for air handler applications and is used to absorb heat and remove moisture from inside your home. It is done by having cold refrigerant flow into the copper tubing of the evaporator which then absorbs the heat from the air being pushed over by the blower fan to provide cool air. The moisture then becomes condensed and flows into the drain pan.

The unit is compatible with models B3BM-036K-BB, B3BM-042K-BB, B3BM-048K-BB, GB3BM-036K-B, and GB5BM-T30K-B which can be used with R-22 and R-410A refrigerants for efficient air cooling. Also available are the 664067R replacement restrictor orifice and 664080R piston orifice accessory.

The Nordyne 921483 is the correct coil assembly for the GB3M-048k-B-10B air handler. At time of writing, this coil is in stock. Please note that due to fragility, this coil must ship by ground transport and not standard couriers such as UPS and FedEx.

They dont offer a tech sheet on this unit, however we may still be able to help. Can you advise which make and model of the 3 ton unit you have ?
