Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend or co-worker
At first, I was skeptical about the new heater since it looked different because of the new contactors instead of cube relays. Further inspection of my existing heater kit at home revealed it had burnt up because of the cube relays. So, I decided to take a leap of faith with the new heater kit. It was easy to install and my electric heat kicked ON. At first you get the distinctive burning smell but that quickly dissipates as you run it longer. Now my heat pump is back to normal. I highly recommend this heater kit.
