S200 Series sensors are a small investment with a great ROI paid in energy savings. Hotels, resorts, schools, military lodging, commercial offi ces and other multi-room facilities have realized signifi cant energy conservation with cost saving sensors.

As part of an HVAC energy management system, occupancy sensors enable facility managers to automatically control HVAC operation based on room occupancy. Passive infrared (PIR) sensing technology and intelligent logic control software make PECO sensors able to verify the occupancy status of rooms. If the room is physically occupied, then the system will allow occupants to control the climate. Once a room is vacant, the Series 200 communicates with HVAC and automatically performs a setback. Thus no energy is spent to climatecontrol an empty room.

Smart Energy Guest Room

SK200 is smart technology that drives occupancy verifi cation and HVAC system control in an energy management system. With an onboard temperature sensor, these sensors deliver occupancy-based temperature control of HVAC, which enables facilities to reduce energy consumption and maintain ideal temperature levels.

High/low temperature limit setback functionality, allows the system to prevent rooms from getting too hot or too cold while unoccupied.
