The Pyronics 7150-0400 is a UV scanner assembly flame detector with a 1/2" flex conduit and 1” NPT sighting connection. The scanner has a die-cast aluminum enclosure making it weather resistant. FM Approved, UL, and CSA Listed.
The UV scanner assembly consists of a quartz magnifying lens to get an enlarged view of flame to scan and an air purge extension to keep the detector temperature below 140°F (60°C). This features a photo-sensitive flame sensor and detector tube with peak spectral for ultraviolet radiation caused by flame.
The 7150-0400 is compatible with the Pyronics Sens-A-Flame II and flame monitoring system. It can operate in any position but avoid positions that accumulate dirt and moisture.
