The Honeywell Resideo HYDROSEP-103-U is a hydraulic separator union that has a DN32 or 1.25" connection size, 32 to 266°F (0 to 130°C) fluid temperature, 17.6 GPM maximum flow rate, and 145 psi (10 bar) maximum safe operating pressure.

The magnetic hydraulic separator serves as a hydraulic separator, maintaining independence between connected circuits and balancing flow differences.  The unit can also be used as a dirt separator, using a magnet and metallic mesh to eliminate debris, and functions as a deaerator by removing air through an air vent.  Additionally, it is insulated to minimize thermal loss.
