Do you have questions about this product?

Q:
I am trying to turn the knob at the top to the off position. However, despite following the instructions on the water heater, the knob will not rotate past "on" or "very hot" and so cannot be turned off. Is there any resource you have past the instructions on the machine for how to turn this off or how to get it to turn all the way?

A:
It's best to consult a licensed technician to determine the issue lies with the knob/stem or another part of your water heater system.
They can assess the situation and determine if the gas valve or another part needs to be replaced. We highly recommend having a qualified, licensed technician assist with the installation, replacement or service of the valve or water heater.
