The Rheem-Ruud SP20304D is a liquid propane gas control thermostat. The item includes a pilot adapter SIT gas control to W/R pilot. This controls the water temperature and flow of fuel gas from the main supply line to the burner.

Bought work or do I need this new replacement? My burner isnt working correctly. My pilot will light then when I turn the control know To the on setting or hotter setting it ignites slowly then just goes right out? Ive been without hot water for weeks please help!

The SP2034D is listed as a direct replacement for the AP15256D.
We are not able to confirm the cause of your lack of hot water. We strongly encourage you to not attempt to trouble shoot gas equipment and have a licensed professional technician review your application and troubleshoot on-site to determine which part is causing the issue.
