The Siemens VGD20.403U is a premium 1½" NPT double-body gas valve meticulously engineered for demanding commercial and industrial burner systems.  It features two safety shut-off valves assembled in series, an inlet valve with a flat disc dedicated to safety shut-off, and an outlet valve with a contoured disc optimized for pressure regulation when paired with SKP-series actuators.

This compact double-valve design includes a 1" NPT vent connection between the dual valves, and is compatible with AGF-series threaded mounting flanges that feature convenient ¼″ NPT pressure taps.  These flanges enable fast servicing by allowing the entire valve assembly to be secured or removed without the use of unions, streamlining field maintenance.  The AGF10.40U connecting flange accessory is available.

Built to global safety standards, the VGD20.403U is UL-listed, FM-approved, CSA-certified, and aligns with ISO 9001/14000 requirements.  It incorporates a stainless-steel mesh inlet filter for downstream protection, dual stem guides for precise valve alignment, and seamless integration with various SKP actuators for functionalities like shut-off, pressure regulation, or air/gas ratio control, all within a compact assembly.
