Taco Air Scoop 1.25"

Taco Air Scoops help with the removal of air in a hydronic system by reducing the velocity of water into the piping which then creates air bubbles that can be "scooped" an diverted and eliminated. As the air and water enter the Air Scoop their velocity decreases, permitting the air bubbles to be scooped up by the baffle and directed to the top of the chamber. Reaching the top of the air scoop they are either immediately vented through a Hy-Vent or directed into a conventional plain steel expansion tank.
