The Taco ZVC406-5 is a six-zone valve expandable control module with built-in priority protection, operating at 120 VAC. The priority zone option allows Zone 1 to operate while deactivating Zones 2 through 6 during a priority call, making it ideal for use with indirect water heaters. It is UL-listed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

This device has timing options for post-purge and pump exercises, enhancing system efficiency and reliability. Also features front diagnostic lights that provide external indicator feedback, a contractor-friendly PC board layout that eliminates issues caused by incorrect wiring, and two boiler contacts to ensure full compatibility with modulating-condensing boilers.

The ZVC406-5 is a direct replacement for the ZVC406-3 and ZVC406-4 zone valve control modules. It can connect up to six thermostats and operate up to six zone valves, plus three auxiliary outputs (AUX) to control circulators, such as boilers and primary loops. Compatible with the following applications:
