The Trane MOT18685 is a single-phase PSC condenser fan motor rated at 1.8 amps, 1/5 HP, 200–230V, and 60 Hz. It features a 0.5" diameter x 2" shaft that runs 825 RPM in counterclockwise lead end (CCWLE) rotation at a single speed.

This motor includes a 48Y NEMA frame, is totally enclosed air-over (TEAO), and comes with Class F insulation and automatic thermal protection for enhanced reliability and safety. Mounting is via stud configuration.

The MOT18685 serves as a direct replacement for Trane MOT13693 and MOT17917 motors.

Note: A new capacitor may be required. Replace with a 10 µF / 370 VAC capacitor.
