MOT18685 delivers 1/5 HP at 825 RPM on 200–230V, 60 Hz single-phase power and draws about 1.8 amps for consistent performance in standard condenser applications.  It is designed for use with a 10 µF 370V run capacitor and uses a 48Y frame with counterclockwise lead end rotation, a 0.5-inch diameter by 2-inch-long shaft, and sleeve bearings to provide smooth and quiet operation.  A totally enclosed air-over (TEAO) housing and built-in thermal protection help guard against moisture, debris, and overheating, extending motor life while maintaining proper airflow through the condenser coil. 

MOT18685 offers a precise mechanical and electrical fit, wiring compatibility with the existing 10 µF capacitor, and directly replaces Trane MOT17917 motor in compatible air conditioners and heat pumps.
