Watts 0121246 water pressure reducing valve consists of a cast iron body with 3/4 inch lead-free NPT female inlet and outlet connections, stainless steel seat, integral strainer, and thermal expansion bypass feature.  All parts are quickly and easily serviceable without removing the valve from the line.  The reduced pressure is set at 20 psi (138 kPa) and the maximum working pressure is 250 psi (17.2 bar).

The Series LFN250 Lead-Free Water Pressure Reducing Valves are used to scale down the incoming water pressure up to 250psi (17.2 bar) to a safe level.  Using these valves certainly helps prevent high-cost maintenance caused by high pressure within your plumbing system.  Also, it is cost-effective which can reduce water consumption.  In times of maintenance service, the valve can be easily fixed without the need to remove the valve from the line.
