Watts Series RPVM1 Residential Purge, Drain and Balancing Valves

Series RPVM1 Residential Purge, Drain and Balancing Valves provide a unique and low cost solution for start-up purging, balancing and draining of hydronic heating loops. Using a rugged, dual-ball valve design, the small and compact RPVM1 facilitates high volume purging, accurate balancing, tight shutoff and hose connection for draining and purging.

This 0207535 3/4 inch residential purge and balancing valve is used in heating applications to facilitate removal of air from heating zones on initial fill and to control water flow through a circulation loop. It also serves as a shutoff valve and a drain valve for each zone or loop. This valve consists of a one-piece brass body with brass drain, plated brass ball, virgin PTFE seats, hose thread connection for purging, iron handle, and sweat by FPT end connections. It provides high volume purging, accurate balancing, a positive drip-tight shutoff and is ideal for use in hydronic heating loops. The maximum working pressure is 50 psi (344.8kPa).
