These unions are designed to be installed between pipe made from dissimilar metals to prevent accelerated corrosion and deterioration in the piping system due to galvanic and stray current. The LF3001A features Lead Free* construction to comply with Lead Free* installation requirements.
This 0881401 dielectric union repair kit consists of two replacement gaskets that can be used for the 3/4 IN 3001, 3002, 3005, and 3007 series.
