The 025-47670-000 is a discharge temperature sensor that is suitable for York YVAA model chillers.
The discharge temperature sensor's main function is to measure the temperature that is released from the chiller. The 028-12961-004 O-ring accessory is also available.
The 025-47670-000 directly replaces part number 025-32924-000.

I'd like information regarding what temperature range the sensor measures, length of probe, and what kind of output the sensor has i.e. analog 4-20mA, digital? Any data sheets would also be of great help.
