The BAPI BA/WT-TB-M304-2-BB Wireless Thermobuffer Transmitter consists of a 2-inch probe and a 304 Stainless Steel Chamber.  The chamber can accept various temperature sensors to link with BAS System.  Also, it is protected with a BAPI-Box type of enclosure.

Frequent opening of freezers/coolers may cause false alarms even though there is no change of temperature.  For more effective freezer/color monitoring, the BAPI offers a specifically constructed temperature transmitter for walk-in freezers or coolers.  The thermobuffer transmitter is designed to be handy and wireless.  Its fluid-filled chamber tracks the temperature of the contents rather than the air temperature which reduces false alarms. The thermobuffer can also transmit temperature up to 100 feet away from the 418 MHz Receiver.

The thermobuffer chamber can be easily installed on the wall or by a wire shelf hanger.
