The 93-1195-11300-532 is a spring return pneumatic actuator that has 40 to 140 psig (3 to 10 bar) operating pressure and -20 to 200°F (-29 to 95°C) operating temperature range.  It is CE-marked, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The pneumatic actuator is ideal for on-off throttling applications.  It provides a double piston, rack, and pinion mechanism that allows automation for quarter-turn valves.  The unit is used to regulate the valve by rotating the stem clockwise to close and counter-clockwise to open.

The 93-1195-11300-532 is easy to install and can be mounted right on the top plate of Bray valves parallel to the pipeline.  It also has a travel stop adjustment which can be modified from +5° maximum to –5° minimum by turning the screws.
