The Marktime 42617 is a 2-position (on/timed fan) electronic fan/light wall box time switch that includes a wall plate and insert.  This device operates at 1/3Hp, 120VAC, and 60 Hz input with 120VA fluorescent and 500W incandescent output.  UL Listed.

The timer is a single switch that can turn on the fan and light simultaneously, but when set on timer mode, only the fan turns on for a preset time delay of up to 60 minutes.  It removes excess moisture and reduces air pollutants in a silent operation.

The 42 Series is compatible with CFL and LED lamps.  This component is suitable for use in high-humidity spaces such as houses, bathrooms, basements, laundry rooms, conference rooms, schools, offices, motels, and hotels.
