The NorEast Controls 865K1-C-1-1-000 is an 05 Air-O-Motor Actuator with a lever and positioner.  This model has steel diaphragm cases, cast iron spring barriers, cast iron yokes, zinc-plated steel, and a Buna-N diaphragm with a nylon insert.

The Type 05 Air-O-Motor actuator lever model converts signal pressure into mechanical position.  The reversible lever works on a pivot for force development and this type of model provide more travel but less force.  The amount of air pressure is proportional to the travel.

The lever model acts either direct or in reverse with increasing air pressure depending on the lever mounting position. Mounting holes 9/16 (14 mm) diameter are provided in the base plate. Also, a 90 bracket with holes is supplied for wall mounting.
