The Robertshaw 5210-363 is an SPST direct-acting electric thermostat with a 4-way dial. This has a 3/16” x 10-7/8” bulb and a 72” capillary made of nickel. UL Listed and CSA Certified.
The electric thermostat has a unique switch that makes it very sensitive to temperature changes. This has a temperature range from 150 to 550°F (66 to 288°C).
The 5210-363 is used in commercial applications such as sterilizers, incubators, dishwashers, water baths, laboratory ovens, steam tables, and scalding tanks.
